Overall, it was a fairly solid experience. I was in contact with several dealerships about the vehicle I was interested in, most if not all was online or via phone calls. Responses were quick and they were more willing to work with me on price than other local/competing dealerships. Once the vehicle arrived it was prepped and cleaned. I was able to fairly quickly fill out the paperwork, which overall took about an hour. Fairly quick process.

We took our car in for service early January. They found a small oil seepage we were not aware of during the oil change, which they repaired under the extended warranty. The car has been leaking quite a bit of oil since they attempted to fix it. We took it back 2 different times but it's still leaking. We are taking it back again this coming Monday March 3rd. I hope it is fixed properly this time. I am not mad, but it is really inconvenient to be without the car multiple times. Aaron and the tech are doing their best but I'd just like to get it resolved.

Came in for an oil change @ 7:30AM. Waited 3.5 hours. People that dropped off cars for oil changes significantly after me were finished prior to my vehicle. I asked what the standard oil change service time is and for reasons why it was taking so long. They said it typically takes 45 minutes (matches my previous experiences) and that an employee no showed that day. Simple communication when I dropped the vehicle off or at some point prior to the entire 3.5 hour wait would’ve gone a long way. Not at all pleased with this lack of customer service and communication.

I brought my Equinox in after finding a puddle of fluid on the garage floor. I didn't have an appointment, but Aaron Snyder had them put it up on a rack right then and discovered that there was a hole in the Bleed Pipe. Aaron explained what needed to be done and before I knew it they had it up on the rack, had gotten the only part available in Wichita and proceeded to replace it. All of this happened in less than 2 hours, and I was back on the road again. If he had not been willing to check this for me, I could have been on the road and it would have ruptured completely and I would have been stranded. I was very fortunate and very grateful for Aaron and the Service department for the quick action and the end result.

Not good at all! Had an 8:30 appointment for an oil change and tire rotation and I asked if they could see what is causing a rattling in my dash. I even showed them a video of the noise it was making and area of the dashboard. I had to get a shuttle ride home. I got a call around noon...saying there was something in my glove box that could be causing it (which is something I left in there right before I left, and no where near where the noise was coming from) I got a shuttle ride back to pick my car up at 2:15 and they didn't even attempt to look for what is causing the rattling, just gave me an excuse about needing more time. Also, my extended warranty that I paid for may not cover it if it's not mechanical. You had my car for 5 1/2 hours and all that was done was an oil change and tires rotation. Oh, and the tires were not even balanced or aired up to recommendation. It was a waste of time and unless my motor or transmission messes up I will not be using the service again. Luckily, the first oil change was on the salesman that sold me the car. I've already told everyone I could not to use the service center at Davis Moore because it's a waste of time and they provide minimal services.

Aaron was great. He kept me informed of the status of my truck while being worked on. He called me back when he said he would. When it was late in the afternoon and my truck wasn't going to be finished that day and I didn't know how I would get home and back to work the next day. Aaron informed me that since the repairs were covered under my warranty I could get a rental car. The shuttle picked me up from work and when I got there the rental car was waiting for me. I ended up keeping the rental for 3 days before my truck was ready so I didn't have to worry about getting to work.

My appointment was at 8am. I arrived just before that time. My car was taken into the shop at 8:15. I was offered a ride by one of the service advisors. I told him no thanks because I didn’t live in Wichita. I just waited in the show room waiting area. The service advisor Aaron Snyder asked me if I wanted the canister filter changed out in addition to the transmission fluid change I asked for. I declined since it had been done at a different dealer one month before. I was told the job would take 5 hours. The service techs had my transmission service knocked out in 2 and a half hours. They also used the OEM fluid and parts I brought to do the job with no issues. Overall, I had a really great experience at the dealership and with the service advisor. I told Aaron I would bring back my Corvette for any future services I may need. Everyone was just great to deal with and I would recommend Davis Moore Chevrolet service to anyone needing work done on their vehicle.

I started by sending an online note about a particular vehicle, got a very fast response with a personalized video from Matthew. It was really helpful as that particular vehicle had just sold but he walked me through a few other options. I talked to him on the phone later that day, walked through my options and by the end of that call had put down a deposit on a new Trailblazer! Matthew was really helpful, didn't oversell or push, felt he was very objective. He handed me off to Big Al who got me all prepared to pick up the car the following weekend. Aaron Snyder did a great job with communication considering he was working with a 3rd party for the warranty stuff which became a joke. He let me know when the transmission came in and got transmission put in not long after it arrived at the shop. Have a issue with the service tech that put fender flares back on didn’t use the appropriate clips and screws that he took off fender flares and inner fenders to install motor mounts as well left some screws out that hold the inner fenders in place to protect the motor area and inner fender not put back in place appropriately either. Went back to shop let Aaron know about it and he is working on getting that resolved. He really did a great job considering the nightmare he had to deal with getting my truck repaired. As well went with Davis Moore for the warranty for my truck instead of the 3rd party I was using for my warranty as they were no help to getting me back on the road. Thanks Aaron!

Upon arriving at Davis Moore, I was greeted by Lydale Logan. He was friendly and welcoming. We went inside to discuss a Traverse. He asked questions and showed me models of what type of car would fit my 71 year old needs. He brought one around for me to see and test drive. I was impressed with his knowledge of the vehicle as we went over all aspects of the vehicle. I test drove it with Lydale and was impressed, so I bought it. I met with their finance manager, Satya, which was also a breeze, he went over all financial information professionally and made me feel comfortable. Before I left, Lydale and I got back in the car and he helped me navigate Onstar, set up my Chevrolet app, and connect my phone to the vehicle. He helped me get my car to my house, and I drove him back to Davis Moore. He told me if I needed anything, to not hesitate to come back to the dealership. I am very appreciative of his efforts, the friendliness of other Davis Moore employees, and most definitely LOVE my traverse.

They didn't fix anything but I guess it's not like I should expect to have it fixed. I've had it at 3 different shops and the first one I've been to for 4 times including this morning and they charged me $300 and the other two were right at $100/each including Davis Moore but the first one has been pretty clear that he is going to get it done for me. Now whether or not it gets fixed I guess time will tell. But I'll see today if it is fixed.

Mislead by the service department that GM card points can be used for service. Matt communicated with GM and was told that points can only be used to purchase a new vehicle. Obviously I will no longer be using my GM card for any purchases. Also the purchase of Michelin tires cost me an unneeded alignment and not all the tires were aired correctly, one was at 27 lbs. Matt and Aaron have always been helpful in arranging service for both my GM vehicles but the Davis Moore service garage and GM covert customer polices hinders them from doing a better job. I hope that GM will also read this review.

I bought this truck around last Christmas. There was an improperly seated panel on interior center console. The truck was new so this would be a warranted item. I wasn’t told what was being repaired exactly for the recall, and that it included an oil change. I paid over $100 for an oil change literally the day before elsewhere (during which they pointed out an oil pan issue/leak which they said should be under power train warranty still). So first negative thing was that during scheduling no one mentioned what they’d be doing exactly and that an oil change was part of it, or I wouldn’t have paid the $120 or whatever it was to do that literally the day before. So anyway, I mentioned the oil leak issue to the guy, and he says they’ll check it out. So at pick up he lets me know they’ll need to order a part, and when it comes in, he will let me know and get ut scheduled. I ask - who exactly will be calling me back - because this exact thing has happened with dealerships many times where someone says they’ll call back and they never do. Stuff seems to always slip through then cracks so I ask who will call me. He assures me that he himself will be watching for the part and will make sure to call me within a few business days. I hear nothing, I give them a week. So finally I call up there and talk to scheduling (I think). They put me on hold (it was a female), come back to the phone and say yes, we the part is in and we can get you scheduled. So I bring it in, go to the desk of the same guy who was “assigned” to my Tahoe the first time who said he’d call back and never did…keep in mind this is only a few weeks after I was in the the recall…he acts so confused why I’m there. Saying stuff like “I don’t know who scheduled this, this wasn’t my thing, I don’t know if we can get this job done today” and didn’t remember (or see on the computer) the exact issue. I ask how long it will take, and he says well it depends if it’s the upper or lower (which they already knew and ordered the parts from last time - the lower which he had previously said was an all day job). So I ask when it will be done (this is a Friday btw) and he says they may not finish it by the end of the day and it might be Monday. That was very unexpected, but fortunately I have an extra vehicle I could drive. He offered use of a vehicle (which was nice) but I declined since I had an extra vehicle. (The next day - Saturday - I forgot we had to take a group of 6 to a show so we ended up having to drive two vehicles - ugh). Today is Sunday and I still don’t have my vehicle, I plan to pick it up tomorrow. So I don’t know yet fully how that will go, but up until now it’s been a disappointing experience. This may not be the case but overall, as a customer, I feel like no one really cares and no one really knows exactly what’s going on.

The service I went in for was fine. My disappointment came after. My drivers side mirror was loose and I asked if they could check it for me, maybe just a quick fix is what I was thinking. Both the customer service agent and the mechanic told me it was not a quick fix that it would require the door panel being removed and possible parts as mirrors don’t normally come loose like that. Funny thing is I asked my son and he went right out and took the little panel off inside the door and tightened the bolts and the mirror is fine. I bought and have had my car serviced at Davis Moore for the past 10 years. Unfortunately, I’ve also had repairs that have been costly. It’s disappointing to ask for such a simple request and not be told the truth all in hope of making another buck.

Overall it went well. Aaron was really good about taking care of things. He is easy to work with and seems to know his business. When I initially picked the car up in the evening, on the way home I realized that the all-wheel drive light on the dash would not change from two wheel drive to four wheel drive. When I got home I decided to look under the hood and realize that there was a plastic cover missing to one of the electrical plug-ins. I called back to the shop and spoke to Aaron and we decided it was too late to come back in so I came back the following morning and Aaron had the plastic cover in hand to put back on. Whatever the problem was they had it fixed in about 30 minutes and I was back out on the street again. Everything seems to be working well at this point.

I had my car there to be serviced for an oil change and tire rotation. I had scheduled it for 1pm, but dropped off my car at 8am. The service center gave me a ride to my workplace on the opposite side of town, about 15-20 minutes away. At about 10:45 am I received a message that the work was already done and my car was ready to pick up. I called at 11 am to let them know I needed a ride back to the service center sometime between 11:30 and noon. The ride was there right at 11:30. When I arrived, I promptly took care of the bill which was reasonable and was on my way by noon.

They gentlemen at the desk always do a great job. And for that I would give them 5 stars. The problem is, all the oil and grease on my doors and steering wheel and the step plate when you hop in the truck. Every time. I clean my truck every time before I come to Davis Moore. It’s strange they clean the truck when It come’s in, but they don’t have a standard for when it leaves to go back to the customer.

Matt listened to my concerns, had his mechanic look through bulletins from GM and found a recent one which spoke to my issue. The sensor was replaced under warranty (2024 Equinox) and it seems to have corrected the intermittent misfire. I purchased the car from Don Hattan because DM couldn’t find the one I wanted. My experience went well. The only thing I would like to see improve is when the technician is finished with the work, the customer needs to be notified of the completion so they can leave. I waited at the dealership for the work to be done. I was told the process would take about 1.5 hrs. No problem! At two hrs. I got up to walk around and go see if there were issues. This is when I found my truck sitting outside completed. When I inquired about my truck the service man asked if I had been notified that it was complete. I answered no. This is when I showed him where my truck was and to his dismay it was done. After looking for the paperwork, he found it on another members desk and that member was gone. I am retired but if this were to happen to someone that has a full day of work, it might have cause them an issue. Either follow up on status so customers can make informed decisions or be on time to deliver the customers vehicle when done. Don’t just park it outside and make them wait. Thank you!

Initially, I made an appointment because my check engine light came on and an annoying whistling noise was coming from my 2021 Tahoe. I don't know why I was expecting an easy fix, but it turned out to be anything but easy. It was determined that, at the very least, I needed a new transmission...ugh. Aaron at Davis-Moore worked with the warranty company to not only get permission to do the work (DM is not where the vehicle was purchased) but to also coordinate obtaining and installing the new transmission. I believe other dealerships would have left dealing with the warranty and other dealership up to me...and Davis-Moore took care of it ALL. While I ended up without a vehicle for three weeks over Thanksgiving, Aaron worked with the warranty company to get me a rental vehicle to attend a family funeral during that time. Not only did they get the transmission fixed, they also took care of the check engine light issue (which was separate from the transmission issue), changed my oil back to what it should have been (after another service company told me I needed to change to a heavier weighted oil due to a recall that ultimately did NOT affect my vehicle), and performed the 100k services to make sure she keeps running. The customer service experience was top notch, and I will definitely not be taking my vehicle anywhere else for service in the future. Thank you all!

My 2018 Silverado calls for a 7500 mile oil change for which I have always brought back to Davis-Moore for. They always put a reminder sticker on the windshield for the next change due, but for some reason the last 6 or 8 times they have marked it for 5000 miles. I have asked repeatedly for them to be sure to mark it correctly back for7500 to match up with the trucks computer tracking, but, they assure Mr they will, but then it never happens. I know it’s a small detail, but it is still frustrating.

We took our 2024 Blazer in for an oil change and tire rotation. This was the first time we experienced the video being sent to us showing the things the technician was talking about. The issue we had with the service was that no one vacuumed out the vehicle. There has never been an issue before with this happening, and so it was disappointing that the car was not taken care of completely. If this no longer a service offered, we should have been told at the time of service. I will take my vehicle elsewhere if this is the case. It is actually less convenient to use Davis-Moore than other places. We have been very loyal Davis-Moore customers, purchasing multiple vehicles over the last 25 years, and used the Service Department exclusively and feel let down by the lack of service. The service at Davis-Moore in the past is what has set them apart from other dealerships, and we have faithfully relied on this service.
